This episode details Poirsha's Origin Story for why she decided years ago to give up meat, dairy, alcohol and the microwave. She goes in depth with how the death of her close loved ones to Cancer, changed the course of her life.
She gets very emotional and many tears are shed, however there remains lots of laughter, and lessons for all of you, to help you in your journey for making Nutrition and Exercise changes.
It is never too late to get started!
She offers to create a 6 month Mindfulness Nutrition Course. It would be a small group of less than 10 people, she will lead and coach to help start and maintain a healthier and more nutritious lifestyle. In this course, it will encourage more plant based food options and include how to get Macro & Micro nutrients, vitamins and minerals from natural sources.
