She enthusiastically recalls the events she has created and led, including the ”6-Class Beach Yoga Series for Hips and Hamstrings,” the Big Bear ”Mindfully Fit” Retreat, and a Mindfulness program for High School students. You will learn about her role as a Holistic Lifestyle Educator and be introduced to her teachings in Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, and Ayurveda. Based in Los Angeles, she envisions making a global impact. Her mission is to collaborate with organizations and individuals who aim to spread the message of living a healthier, ideally plant-based lifestyle, that integrates physical fitness with mindful practices.
