You will learn about her role as a Holistic Lifestyle Educator and be introduced to her teachings in Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, and Ayurveda. Based in Los Angeles, she envisions making a global impact. Her mission is to collaborate with organizations and individuals who aim to spread the message of living a healthier, ideally plant-based lifestyle, that integrates physical fitness with mindful practices.
