It is a great stretch video to help people of all ages and flexibility levels to feel limber and lengthened! It can also be a wonderful cool down stretch sequence for any post workouts!

This episode is the sequel to last Friday's Meditation, titled 'Sleep Soundly-Guided Meditation,' released Nov 15. It is a wonderful Yoga Nidra style, mixed with Anatomy learning about muscle groups and their functions.
