Commit to 3 Months, then...
Poirsha trains a diverse group of humans. People of all shapes, sizes, ethnicities & various economic backgrounds. They all have at least 1 thing in common; the desire to look in the mirror and see the body that they desire.
Most want to look tone with no flab or fat.
Poirsha explains that the way to achieving a desired physique must first begin with Pen on Paper. Writing down the desire, asking the right questions, and having clear answers. Then you must obsess over it daily.
